Main Process Flow Chart Features
- Create flowchart symbols based on Keywords.
- Example: You can set the word "report" to create a flowchart Document symbol.
- Example: You can set the words "read" or "write" to create a flowchart Data (I/O) symbol.
- Flowchart symbols can have a prefix defined for them to force an
entry to create that flowchart symbol type. Examples:
- Typing "doc:Print TPS" in a cell could create a flowchart Document symbol containing the text "Print TPS".
- Typing "man:Setup drill press" in a cell could create a flowchart Manual Operation symbol with the text "Setup drill press".
- Question marks (?) can be set to create flowchart Branch / Decision (diamond) symbols.

- Simple Mode - is a no-fuss way of creating flowcharts based on the principle that most flowcharts are for black and white print distribution, and most people use 4 primary shapes - Process, Decision, Terminator, and Connector symbols (i.e., rectangle, diamond, oval, and circle shapes, respectively).
- Customized Mode - is a power user mode offering full customization of the flowchart shapes, flowchart symbol formatting, keyword --> flowchart symbol mapping, and more.
