Fast, Easy Setup - You'll be Creating Flowcharts in Just a Few Minutes
Follow these steps to install FlowBreeze Flowchart Software:
- Click the Download FlowBreeze Flowchart Software link above to download the free flowchart software trial version.
- Save the FlowBreeze_StdRN_Setup.exe file in an easy to locate place, such as the Desktop.
- Double-click on the setup file to run it, then follow the on-screen instructions. It's best to close any open applications before installing the software.
- The next time you start Microsoft Excel, the FlowBreeze flow chart toolbar will be installed.
To begin creating flow charts, the easiest way to get started is to just
click the Start Flowcharting button
on the toolbar and
start typing. Try doing the following just to get a feel for the application:
- Vary the length, content, and location of the entries.
- Click the Stop Flowcharting button
then the Start Flowcharting button
again just to see what happens. - Enter numbers, a 1 or 2 letter ALL CAPS text entry, or a question mark (?).
- Copy and paste a set of instructions from a Microsoft Word document into Excel while the flowcharting mode is turned on and watch FlowBreeze create a flow chart on the fly.
- Click the Settings button
and customize the flow chart key words, prefixes, and formatting settings.
